Confidentiality:

Any and all information that African Palace Poker garners from its players is held in the strictest confidence. Your data will never be forwarded to any organisation for commercial or any other gain, save for that which is required by law. Please read our Privacy Policy to gain more insight into this.

In the interests of maintaining security, African Palace Poker has the right to request that players provide official documents to prove that they are the rightful account holder. Documents that may be requested include a copy of the front and back of the player’s registered credit card, a copy of your ID document, a confirmation deposit form and proof of address.

Please note: we will request copies of the above documents when you make your first withdrawal. This is being done for your security and for ours.

Gaming Integrity:

African Palace Poker utilises a combination of automated and human monitoring tools to identify and prevent any irregularities, in particular irregular play patterns or incidence of collusion between players. We have undertaken to ensure that our gaming platform is a fair, honest and pleasant Poker environment.

We use advanced algorithms which have been designed by a team of veteran Poker professionals and industry experts. These have been designed to set off alarm triggers in our system should we identify evidence of cheating – every card, hand, move, win, loss, bet is subject to our scrutiny and is recorded by our system should investigation be required.

Our experienced team at African Palace Poker constantly monitors this system and deal with the any suspicious play patterns that arise at our Poker tables. We will always adopt an ‘innocent until proven guilty’ attitude but we want any would be cheaters to be aware that our software, intricate play-pattern analysis tools and corresponding game behaviour monitoring will generate the necessary proof and information needed in order to determine if cheating has occurred.

Depending of the severity of our findings, players may be asked to provide a valid explanation of their suspicious behavior and we reserve the right to remove players completely from our Poker site.

Actions against Colluders:

Collusion occurs when two or more players join forces and share information so as to gain an advantage over the house or online Poker Room. At African Palace Poker, we have a zero tolerance policy for cheating – our primary goal is for our players to be able to enjoy their Poker games, knowing that they are playing in a secure and safe environment.

In this regard, we have a firm policy in place to deal with cheaters and colluders using the most severe methods available. Any person who threatens or attempts to affect the game to the detriment of other players will be dealt with. Any information gathered about known cheats, colluders and others found guilty of fraudulent activity against African Palace Poker will be circulated to other online gaming sites and where appropriate, to regulators and government authorities in the player’s jurisdiction.

Innocent players and the victims of such nefarious activities will be treated sincerely and with sympathetic concern. At African Palace Poker, we actively encourage any player who believes that they have been cheated to contact our Security Department and report the alleged offender. This can be done by sending an email with all of the relevant details to security@africanpalacepoker.com. You can be assured that we keep complete and accurate records of every hand and such records can be easily accessed and viewed by the player.
